Why did you choose to participate in the LDP Program?
I felt it would give me the greatest opportunity to get my foot in the door and a valuable learning experience to start my career. The people played a huge role as well as I felt there was something different about Warren CAT that I wanted to be a part of.
What was your biggest take-a-way from the program?
That people matter. People are the most valuable asset and by enhancing individuals around you the rest will take care of itself. I got to experience that firsthand while also learning the ins and outs of all things CAT.
What types of networking opportunities have been available to you?
The program allows you to build relationships all across the company, across all the divisions. The relationships built will help tremendously in whichever direction you go in the future.
What is the most important thing you look for when choosing a company?
A company that sees me more than just a number and a company that allows and encourages me to grow throughout my career.
